Places the cards of a board.
Type Parameters
- C extends Card
Parameters
- cards: readonly C[]
  The cards of the board, each in the cell the application places it in, in display order
- Optionalpending: Move
  The move waiting to be settled, if any
Returns readonly C[]
cards, in the same order, with the card moved by pending standing in the cell it was dropped onto

Throws
TypeError If a card key, row key or column key is blank, or a card key appears more than once
