Generates a SPARQL CONSTRUCT query.
Parameters
- template: string | readonly string[]
  The triple template: a single fragment, or a list of triple patterns joined into a fragment
- ...clauses: Mixed<string>
  The query clauses, typically a where clause followed by solution modifiers
Returns string
The SPARQL CONSTRUCT query
