Navigates to a route.
The document title is tidied and qualified with the app name, as Title | App, so every page names the
app alongside itself; an empty title, or one equal to the app name, leaves the app name alone. Passing a title
alone sets it without navigating. The enclosing Router renders again only if the route actually changes.
