Property value template.

The forms an entry takes wherever one property value is requested:

• Template — expand the linked resource, retrieving the properties the nested template names
• Atomic — retrieve the value as it comes, with no further shape
• Locale — retrieve a localised property tag by tag, as a structured Dictionary

The three are notated alike, as objects, and are told apart by the type the model declares for the target property rather than by their own shape.
