Creates a delta for a resource.

A null state requests the removal of the resource.
Type Parameters
- S extends Lazy<ResourceShape>
  The shape of the resource, against which the state is checked
Parameters
- entry: string
  The resource concerned
- shape: S
  The shape of the resource
- state: Draft<S> | null
  The state to store for the resource, or null to remove it
Returns Delta<S>
An immutable Delta combining entry, shape and state
