Function duration

duration<const C extends StringValueConstraints = {}>(
constraints?: C,
): StringShape<{ inferred from <C> }>
Creates a shape for ISO 8601 duration values ([-]PnYnMnDTnHnMnS).

Fixes the datatype to xsd:duration and requires at least one component, so that neither P nor a T designator carrying no time component is admitted. Components are stated in descending order of magnitude, and only seconds take a fraction.
