Creates a shape for IEEE 754 double-precision floating-point values.

Fixes the datatype to xsd:double.
Type Parameters
- const C extends NumberRangeConstraints = {}
  The stated constraints
Parameters
- Optionalconstraints: C
  Optional range constraints
Returns NumberShape<{ inferred from <C> }>
An immutable shape admitting double-precision floats, narrowed to the values the constraints enumerate

Throws
TraceError Where the stated constraints contradict one another
